When we experience trauma that causes a shift in the self, it can become challenging to understand ourselves and our needs. Trauma often forces us into compartmentalization, which is necessary for survival, but often becomes a hinderance when we're on our healing journey. We need to make intentional moves back to our body, and an embodied self-care practice is a great way to build body trust and safety.

Self-care that is healing focused helps us to be more present. It allows us to begin to get curious about our internal experience. It creates more internal awareness which ultimately helps us to better understand what we need moment to moment.

This Healing Focused Self-Care Course is designed to help you learn how to create strategies that will help you reduce your burnout and build patience with yourself and others. Your body wants you to be on its side, and by listening to your body’s cues you can create a self-care practice that works for you.
