In Somatic Movement & Meditation, you will gently explore the profound connection between your mind and body. Our experienced and compassionate facilitator will guide you through a series of gentle, yet powerful, somatic movements that are tailored to meet your individual needs and capabilities. No previous movement or yoga experience is required.

Building Somatic Awareness

Through a blend of mindfulness and invitational movement, you will learn to listen to and honor the wisdom of your body. This class encourages you to release stored stress, trauma, and dysregulation while fostering a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.

Flow and Release

Discover the joy of flowing movements that encourage the release of tension and stiffness. You’ll develop a new relationship with movement from a place of ease and self-compassion rather than rigid exercise ideals.
